Abstract Rule of Thirds

         Here is six photos that follow the rule of thirds idea, but are a bit twisted. They have more of an abstract whimsical look to them as opposed to the more strict 1/3 2/3 kind of photo that rule of thirds represents. I took photos of more unusual things, or from a different angle than the generic photo.

3X3 - 2011 Version

This is my three by three post. This is nine photos in three different directions, and angles.I worked all around the school, using natural light to make the images stronger.3x3 allows you to shoot far distances and low distances or high distances and super close up.

Rule of Thirds Second Post

This post is another post about Rule of Thirds but instead of smaller scale things, these images are bigger scale and using the idea of 2/3's/1/3.

Rule of Thirds

Here is my rule of thirds post. Some of these images are in black and white, and some of theme in the antique effect because I felt that the color in the image makes it better, and keeps it together. Like in the fifth image, the green trees in the background separate the foreground and background.
